Yealink EXP55

The Yealink EXP55 is a color expansion module that adds programmable keys to a Yealink T7 or T8 series desk phone. Its 5.5-inch color screen (480 x 960) shows 26 physical keys per page, and three pages bring each module up to 78 programmable keys. It is built for receptionists, administrative assistants, and contact-centre staff who monitor many lines and handle a high volume of calls from one position.

Built for high call volumes

Each key carries a dual-color LED and can be set for busy lamp field (BLF), speed dial, call forward, transfer, call park, or call pickup, so the person at the desk sees line status at a glance and acts in a single press. Three independent control keys with illuminated LEDs switch between pages instantly. Up to three EXP55 modules connect in a daisy chain to a single phone, for as many as 234 additional keys; running two or three modules requires a Yealink 5 V/2 A power adapter. A USB 2.0 port on the side accepts a wired or wireless USB headset, a Wi-Fi adapter (WF40/WF50), or a USB flash drive.
